Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label sent directly to your email inbox.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and securely seal the box with the new label.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; you will receive a notification as soon as your refund or exchange is processed.
